Solution-focused hypnotherapy plus

SFH+ was set up to share knowledge about and around the area of solution-focused hypnotherapy.

SFH+ is part of the iTech-Ed group and is built around many hours of clinical experience working with clients and further research and additional experience in areas such as Positive Psychology, Neuroscience, NLP, and CBT. From these and other disciplines, useful techniques can be used derived that can be successfully made use of by solution-focused hypnotherapists to increase the rate at which clients achieve their worthwhile goals.

Courses include a mixture of:

• All-day, classroom-based training with plenty of breakout sessions to practice what has been learned.
• One-hour workshops/seminars as part of a larger training day.
• One-hour interactive presentations for sports groups, management, and schools looking at motivation and improving their performance.
• Zoom or Skype sessions for small groups working around a particular topic.
• One-hour webinars on specific topics.

Our aim

We want to enhance the work of solution-focused hypnotherapist by sharing additional tips and techniques they can use and reinforce their learning in the existing skills they have in order to help their clients to achieve the goals they set for themselves quicker and more easily.

In addition to working with therapists, we also offer training courses and workshops for sports clubs, management teams, and schools, to improve their performance and reduce their stress-levels and and anxious behaviour.
